You can't delete your Hay Day account directly from the cloud. But you can contact Supercell support and request account deletion. Just go to the in-game settings, tap on 'Help and Support', then find 'Contact Us' and send them a message.
Based on my experience, the only way to potentially delete your account is by reaching out to Supercell support through the app. They'll guide you further.
Deleting an account from the cloud isn't an option. However, you could uninstall the app and stop playing. If you're really committed to deleting it, message Supercell!
