You don't need to delete anything! Just enjoy Hay Day.
To delete Hay Day from iCloud, you can go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Hay Day, and then select Delete Data. Done and dusted!
From personal experience, go to Settings > your Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage, find Hay Day, and hit delete. Worked like a charm for me!
Open your iPhone's settings, tap your name at the top, go to iCloud, and in Manage Storage, look for Hay Day and delete its data.
