Can't delete history, sorry. Spotify keeps that to personalize your experience. Just embrace those guilty pleasures!
Sadly, Spotify doesn't actually let you delete your listening history. But you can clear your 'Recently Played' list by hiding individual tracks or albums! Just click the three dots next to the item and select 'Remove from Recently Played'. It's not perfect, but it's something!
