Just head to the Instagram website on your iPhone's browser, log in, go to 'Account Settings', and select 'Delete Your Account'. Easy peasy!
Open the Instagram app, go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, select 'Settings', then 'Account', and finally 'Delete Account'. Goodbye, Instagram!
