I deleted a reel last week. You just go to your profile, tap the reel, then the three dots button, and choose 'Delete.' Quick and painless.
Go to your profile, find the Reel you wanna delete, tap it, then tap the three-dot menu in the bottom right and hit 'Delete.' Bye-bye, Reel!
