If you wanna do it manually, go to your friends list and click the three dots next to each friend's name to unfriend them one by one. Takes longer but no third-party tools needed!
Hot take: Just start a new Facebook account and add only the friends you actually want. Clean slate!
I've used tools like the Friend Remover Pro extension on Chrome before and it worked great for deleting batches of friends. Be careful, though, Facebook updates could make it unstable.
