Click on the message, then click 'Remove' and choose if you want to remove it for everyone or just yourself. Done and done!
Super easy! Just open the chat, hold down the message you want to delete, and tap 'Remove.' You can choose 'Unsend' to remove it for everyone, or 'Remove for You' to only delete it from your chat.
From experience, clicking the message, hitting 'Remove', and choosing 'Unsend' for everyone is the way to go. Saved my bacon a few times!
