Easy peasy! Just open the conversation, press and hold the message you want to delete, then tap 'Remove'. You can choose 'Remove for You' or 'Remove for Everyone'. Boom, message gone!
On a computer? Click the three dots next to the message, then select 'Remove'. Confirm the deletion and you're golden.
