Unfortunately, Facebook doesn't have a quick way to delete multiple messages at once. You'll have to go into each conversation and delete them one at a time. It's a bit tedious, but it gets the job done. Sorry, there's no magic button for this one!
Facebook won't let you delete multiple messages in one go. You have to go one by one. Yeah, it sucks.
I've done this recently. Go into each chat, click 'Delete Conversation' for entire threads or use the 'Remove' option for individual messages. It's a bit of a grind but works perfectly.
