Why delete when you can just deactivate and take a break? But if you must, Settings > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion > Delete Account.
Just head to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion and select 'Permanently Delete Account'. Confirm and you're done!
