You can’t delete an Xbox Live account by itself. Instead, you need to close the entire Microsoft account that it's linked to. Head over to Microsoft's account closure page, sign in, and follow the steps. Just remember, this means you lose access to all linked services like Outlook, OneDrive, and Skype too!

Honestly, deleting your Xbox Live account requires you to nuke your whole Microsoft account. Not worth the hassle if you ask me.

If you really want to delete your Xbox Live account, keep in mind it means closing your Microsoft account entirely. You can do it via the Microsoft account closure page, where you'll verify your identity and then follow the prompts. Be careful, it’s irreversible!

Been there, done that. I had to go through Microsoft's account closure process to get rid of my Xbox Live account. It’s super easy but make sure you’re ready to lose all other linked Microsoft services!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
