Super easy! Just open the avatar editor, find the outfit slot you want to delete, and click the trashcan icon. Bye-bye unwanted outfit!
You don't. Bloxburg currently doesn't support deleting outfit slots. Just overwrite them if you need to.
From what I've experienced, it's only possible to replace outfit slots, not delete them. Just select the slot and create a new outfit over it.
