To delete photos in Pokemon GO, go to your Pokemon storage, select the Pokemon, tap the camera icon, and you should be able to manage and delete photos there.

You can't delete AR Photos directly within the app. Instead, go to your phone's gallery and delete them from there.

It's super easy! Just head to your device's gallery and remove the photos taken in-game.

From my experience, the photos you take in Pokemon GO are saved to your phone's gallery or camera roll. Just delete them from there!
