Go to the photo you want gone, click on the three dots (aka the 'More' button), then select 'Delete Photo.' Poof, it's gone!
You can't directly delete photos from someone else's profile. Ask them to remove it, or you can untag yourself.
Once you're in the photo, click on 'Options' and then 'Delete This Photo.'
