You can't delete a playlist you didn't create. You'll need to unfollow it instead.
From desktop, right-click the playlist name, select 'Delete,' confirm, and voilà, playlist deleted!
Deleting a playlist on Spotify is a breeze! Just open the playlist, click the three dots (…). Then select 'Delete' or 'Remove from Your Library'. Done and dusted!
