Hey, if you want to delete a PlayStation account from your PS4, just go to Settings > Login Settings > User Management > Delete User, and then select the account you wish to remove. Boom, done!

Deleting an account on PS4 is pretty straightforward: Go to Settings, scroll down to Login Settings, then User Management, and finally Delete User. Pick the user you want gone, and confirm. Easy peasy!
