Go to Users on the XMB, select the profile you want to delete, press Triangle, and choose Delete. Super easy!

You just go to Users, select the profile, press Triangle, and choose Delete. Simple as that.

Head to the Users section, highlight the profile, press the Triangle button, and then select Delete. Confirm, and it's gone!
