Go to 'Game' on the main menu, then 'Game Data Utility.' Find the game you want to delete, press Triangle, and select 'Delete.' Easy peasy!

Literally just go to 'Game Data Utility' on the XMB, find the game, press Triangle, and delete it. Takes less than a minute.
