In the PS3 browser, just press triangle, go to 'Tools,' then select 'Delete Search History.' Bam, all gone!

Go to your PS3's browser, press the triangle button to open the options menu, select 'History,' and then press triangle again to bring up the option to 'Delete All.' Easy peasy!
