Log into your PSN account, go to the Contact Us page on PlayStation's website, and select 'Account & Security' to request account deletion. Be sure to mention you want it removed from your email.

Deleting your PSN account isn鈥檛 a DIY thing. You gotta reach out to PlayStation Support and ask them nicely.
