Unfortunately, Sony doesn’t let you delete your PSN account directly from a phone. You'll have to contact PlayStation Support to request an account deletion. You can do this through the mobile browser at [PlayStation Support](https://www.playstation.com/support/contact-us/).

You can't delete your PSN account directly from the PlayStation app. Head to the PlayStation website on your phone’s browser, log in, and go to the support section to get help.
Just went through this myself! You'll need to visit the PlayStation website on your phone, go to support, and submit a request to delete your account.
You can’t delete a PSN account from your phone. Sony Support is your only option.
