If you've lost your password, first try recovering it via the 'Forgot Password' option on the sign-in screen. Then you can proceed with deletion.
Legit just call PS support. They鈥檒l guide you through the process once they confirm your ID. Easy peasy.
You can't delete a PSN account without verifying your identity. Trust me, I had to go through this last year and contacting PlayStation Support was the only effective way.
