Unfortunately, Sony doesn't allow you to delete a PSN profile. You can deactivate the account on your console and stop using it, though.

Win official PlayStation gift cards by playing games on Playbite!

Deleting a PSN profile isn't an option Sony provides. Just stop using it and switch to a new one if you want a fresh start.

I tried to delete mine, but learned you can't. Just create a new account and move on!

Deleting a PSN profile is impossible. Just stop logging in and create a new account if necessary.

You can't really delete your PSN profile, but you can abandon it and create a new account if needed. Just stop using it and make a fresh start!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
