To delete your PUBG account, you’ll need to go through the PUBG app itself. In the settings menu, look for 'Account Settings' and follow the prompts to unlink it from Google Play.

I had to remove PUBG from Google Play once. Simply go to the Google Play Games app, find PUBG, and disconnect it from there. Worked perfectly!
