To delete your PUBG guest account on Android, just clear the app data from your phone's settings. Go to Settings > Apps > PUBG Mobile > Storage > Clear Data. This will reset the game, and your guest account will be gone!

I had the same issue! Clearing the app data worked like a charm for me. Just follow the steps in your phone settings and it should be good to go.
