You'll need to contact PUBG Mobile support to get your account deleted permanently. You can do this by going to Settings > Basic > Customer Service and explaining that you want to delete your account permanently.

To delete your PUBG Mobile account permanently on iOS, go to Settings > Basic > Delete Account. Make sure you're logged in, and remember this process takes 7 days to complete. You must not log in during this period, or it'll cancel the request.
