Deleting my account was simple enough. Just emailed support@roblox.com requesting the deletion and they handled it. Uninstalled the app right after.

Roblox doesn't have a direct 'delete account' option. You can contact Roblox Customer Support and request account deletion. You can also just stop using the account and remove the app from your iPhone.
