Go to Applications, find Roblox, and drag it to the Trash. Then, open Finder, go to ~/Library, and delete the Roblox folder.

From my experience, just trashing the app doesn’t fully delete it. Search for 'Roblox' in Finder and remove any leftover files in ~/Library.
