If you're playing on a console, you can usually delete save data through the system settings. For example, on the Switch, go to Data Management in the System Settings, find Undertale, and delete the save data. Same process for PS4 and Xbox.
Honestly, deleting save data is overrated. Just play through the Neutral, True Pacifist, and Genocide routes. You won't regret it!
On PC, head to C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE and delete 'file0', 'file9', and 'undertale.ini'. Presto! Fresh start for a new adventure!
From personal experience, manually deleting 'undertale.ini' along with 'file0' and 'file9' in the game’s directory resets everything nicely. Undertale memories, anyone?
