Pro-tip: Back up your save first! Then, on PS4, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage and delete it. On Xbox, it's My Games & Apps > Dragon Ball Xenoverse > Manage Game.
Honestly, if you can't find it in the system settings, just Google it or ask a friend. Worked for me!
