On consoles, head to the settings menu, find 'Storage' or 'Save Data Management,' locate The Binding of Isaac, and delete the save file from there.
Honestly, why would you want to delete your progress? Treasure those hard-earned items and achievements!
If you're on PC, you can navigate to the save file location manually. It's usually in the 'Documents > My Games > Binding of Isaac Rebirth' folder. Delete the 'persistentgamedata' file, and you're good!
