Just delete or move `ilename.ext` save file. Worked for me!

To delete your save files in Undertale, find the save file location on your PC (usually in the 'AppData/Local/UNDERTALE' folder) and delete the 'file0' and 'file8' files. Done! Time for a fresh start!
