I've had to do this myself. Go to the appdata folder, find the game files, and delete the shaders. It definitely made my game run smoother after doing this.

Open your game directory and delete the 'shaders' folder. It's a quick fix if things start glitchin'!

To clear the shader cache in Starfield, navigate to: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Starfield\Shaders and delete the files in there. If you can't find AppData, it might be hidden鈥攋ust enable hidden items in your folder settings.

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
