You can't really delete your Bitmoji, but you can unlink it from Snapchat. Just go to your settings in the app and find the Bitmoji section.

Just head to the Bitmoji icon inside Snapchat, tap it, and then hit 'Unlink My Bitmoji'. Poof! Avatar gone!
