You just need to go to Memories, find the photo there, press and hold on it, and select 'Delete Snap.' Easy peasy.

Open Snapchat, swipe right to view your chats, press and hold on the picture you want to delete, then tap 'Delete.' Boom, it's gone!

Honestly, once the pic is sent and viewed, it's basically gone. If it's in your Memories, you can still delete it though.
