Easy peasy! Open Finder, go to Applications, drag Spotify to the Trash, and empty the Trash. Don't forget to remove any leftover files from Library/Application Support/Spotify!
Here's what worked for me: Applications folder -> drag Spotify to Trash -> empty Trash. If you wanna be super thorough, check Library folders too!
Pop open Finder, head to Applications, and yeet that Spotify icon into the Trash. Done and dusted.
