How to Delete Spotify History
Sadly, there's no magical 'Delete History' button on Spotify. But you can clear your recently played by removing each item one by one. On desktop, right-click and choose 'Remove from Recently Played'. On mobile, press and hold the item, then select 'Remove from Recently Played'.

You can't delete your entire Spotify history, but you can remove individual songs and albums from your 'Recently Played' list. Just tap the three dots next to the item and hit 'Remove'.
Nope, you can't fully delete your Spotify history. You can only remove specific items from your Recently Played. It works, kinda.
Speaking from experience, the closest thing to deleting history on Spotify is removing individual items from your Recently Played. A bit tedious, but better than nothing!
