You can delete the shader cache for Starfield by going to the directory where the game stores its shader files and deleting them manually. Typically, these files are found in the game's installation folder or in a subdirectory like 'cache'. Just make sure to back them up before deleting, in case you need them back!

Just uninstall and reinstall the game. Problem solved. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As someone who's done this dance a few times, I suggest checking the AppData folder on your PC. Look under 'Local' > 'Starfield' > 'ShaderCache'. Delete those files, and then fire up the game—it will regenerate when you start it up again.
