To delete your State of Decay 2 saves on PC, just navigate to the save file location (usually in C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\StateOfDecay2) and delete the files manually! On Xbox, go to 'My games & apps', select 'State of Decay 2', press the Menu button, choose 'Manage game & add-ons', select 'Saved data', and then delete the data for your profile.
I did this recently on Xbox. Navigate to 'My games & apps', find 'State of Decay 2', press the Menu button, choose 'Manage game & add-ons', then 'Saved data', and delete your profile's data. Easy peasy! On PC, just find where the game saves the files and delete.
