First, you wanna open up Steam and head to your Library. Right-click (or Ctrl-click if you're feeling fancy) on the game you wanna delete. Click on 'Manage' and then 'Uninstall'. Steam will ask if you're sure, because it cares, and you say yes. Boom, game gone, room for more.
