How to delete a Steam group
To delete a Steam group, you'll need to be the group owner. First, go to your group's page on Steam. Then, check to make sure it's really what you want to do since it's a one-way trip! If you're positive, remove all members from the group by going to the 'Manage Members' section. Once the group is just you, leave the group, and voila, it'll disappear into the digital ether.

Not sure why you'd want to delete a group when you can just leave it to be someone else鈥檚 problem. Much easier.
Easiest process ever: Be the boss (group owner), kick everyone out, then hit the road yourself. Poof! Group gone.
Did this last week! Make sure you're the group owner, kick out all members, and then leave the group yourself. It gets deleted automatically. Cheers to starting fresh or escaping chaos!
