To delete your Undertale save data on Steam, just go to the game's properties, disable Steam Cloud synchronization, then manually delete the save files located in C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE.
Deleting Undertale saves is simple. Navigate to C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE and delete the files. Don't forget to turn off Steam Cloud sync first!
