Deleting the game data is pretty straightforward: just go to System Settings, then Data Management. Select Nintendo 3DS, then Extra Data, and find Super Smash Bros. Hit delete, and you're all set.

Easy peasy! Just head to System Settings > Data Management > Nintendo 3DS > Extra Data and delete Super Smash Bros data from there.
