You can’t actually delete a tagged photo, but you can hide it from your profile. Go to the photo, tap the three dots, choose 'Post Options,' then 'Hide from My Profile.' Done!

To remove a tagged photo, go to the photo, tap the three dots, select 'Tag Options,' and then 'Remove Me from Post.' Easy peasy!
