Just put those trophies in storage! Go to build mode, select the trophy, and click on the 'take' button to hide it in your inventory.
Hot take: Why delete trophies when you can show 'em off? Flex those achievements, my dude!
From personal experience, I've found that moving the trophies to a basement or a hidden room works perfectly. Out of sight, out of mind!
