Just delete the save files located in the game directory. Easy as pie!
Been there, done that! On PC, find the save files in the app data folder and nuke 'em from orbit. On consoles, you need to clear the save data from the system settings for a fresh start.
No need to delete anything! Just play through a pacifist run and overwrite your save.
