Just a heads-up: Deleting that Genocide run file won't bring back the game's original state entirely. Some traces remain in the game's dialogue and certain scenes.
You can also achieve a reset by starting a new run and completing it as a True Pacifist. This essentially replaces the Genocide run.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Undertale works too. Just make sure to delete any leftover saved files manually. Happy resetting!
