Go to Game Data Utility in the XMB menu, find the game update you want to delete, press Triangle, and then select Delete. Easy peasy!

If you want to delete updates, navigate to Game Data Utility under the Game menu, find the update you want to remove, highlight it, press Triangle, and select Delete. Done and done!
