Super easy! Head over to 'Users' on the main menu, select the user, hit 'Triangle,' then choose 'Delete' and confirm!

Go to 'Users' > 'Sign-In' > highlight the user you want to delete and press 'Triangle' button > select 'Delete.' Confirm and you're done!

Just wipe the entire system! Go to Settings, System Settings, and then 'Restore PS3 System'. Not recommended unless you want a fresh start, though.
