How to Delete User Profile on PS3
Go to the Users menu on your PS3's main screen. Select the user you want to delete, press the Triangle button, then select Delete. Confirm, and you're done. Easy as pie!

Just press the Triangle button on the user profile you want to delete and select Delete. Confirm and it's done. Simple enough.
From personal experience, just go to the Users section, select the profile you want to delete, hit Triangle, and choose Delete. Confirm it, and it's history. Not too tricky!
